Horace J. Clark, 92, of Crawford County, MO, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2018. He is preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Sigie Clark; his wife of 54 years, Rose Marie (nee: Catalano) Clark; sisters, Martha (Charles) Glasscock and Sylvia (Joseph) Rowley; and brother, Vernon Clarke. Horace is survived by his daughters, Rose Clark, Linda Clark, Sylvia (Walther) Hagan; son, Thomas (Merlinda) Clark; grandchildren, John Parisi, Heather Hagan, Kelly Clark, and Kimberly Clark; step grandson, Anthony Contreras; great granddaughter, Cheyanne Parisi; and sister-in-law, Grace Armstrong; and dear uncle, cousin, and friend to many.
Horace was a proud WWII veteran who served in the US Navy. He was a quiet man who loved to read books and was a good father, husband, and provider for his family. Horace was a member of Teamster Local 745 and enjoyed watching Westerns and war movies. His kind heart will be missed by everyone.
Friends may visit on Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m. at Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral Home in St. Ann, MO. He will be laid to rest privately at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
