

Marylou C. Anderson of Jacksonville, FL passed away on Wednesday March 12, 2025 at the age of eighty-nine. She was born on April 17, 1935 in Sudbury Ontario Canada and was raised in Grimsby Ontario Canada with her family.
She graduated from Katharine Gibbs Secretarial School in NYC, NY. She worked as a bookkeeper throughout the years until finally retiring in Jacksonville FL.
She was actively involved with the Church of our Savior in Mandarin FL as well as the Mandarin Newcomers Club. She was an avid card and bridge player as well as was a big hockey fan and enjoyed attending & watching her favorite teams play especially the Tampa Bay Lightning.
She is preceded in death by her parents Harold E and Carolyn M Marlow as well as her husband David W. Anderson.
She is survived by her two children - son William (Bill) E. Anderson and daughter Carol J. (Anderson) Bernard, granddaughter Kristen M. (Bernard) Jimenez and husband Brian M. Jimenez and her two great grandsons Carson and Jaxson Jimenez.
The family would like to thank Community Hospice for the care and compassion they showed her in her in those final days- it went above and beyond expectations in a most difficult time.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial service at 11 AM, Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at the Church of our Savior, 12236 Mandarin Road, Jacksonville, FL 32223.
