I was surprised to hear of the death of Carol as we prayed for her at Mass this morning (St. Ferdinand's).  Carol worked for my late husband, Joe, at 
I. M. Simon.  He thought very highly of her.  I only got to see her at the Company picnics and know how much she poured into them.  I remember her laughter and her beautiful smile.  What a neat lady.  So sorry for your loss.  Mary Elmendorf,  Florissant, MO

I never got a chance to meet Carol, but have heard many wondering things about her. I wish I could have had the priveledge. I pray for everyone who is hurting by this loss.

Uncle Ray, I love you so very much. Losing Aunt Carol has just left a huge horrible hole in my heart and my heart is breaking right now for all of you. I keep thinking of all the good times we have had as a family. Aunt Carol's laugh, her beautiful mind and spirit, how particular she was about things. She will be so missed. Carol, I will always be grateful for having you in my life.  You took me in as one of your own and I will never forget my promise to you.  I know you will always be there in our hearts and although we grieve your passing, we will also celebrate the life you lived.

Carol, We will miss your smile & your laughter at our family gatherings. We enjoyed the many years of shared memories. You will live on the hearts of all who knew & loved you. I am so glad that I had the pleasure of knowing such a sweet and loving person like you.  You were always so kind and welcoming when we came to visit.  My grandparents all passed away when I was a little girl and you always treated me like one of your own.  I wish we could have had more time on this earth together but I know you will be watching over us until we can all re-join each other in Gods Kingdom.  May Jesus watch over you and all of our family in this time of grief.(amanda)

  I will always remember the loving way you would  hold my hand as you walked me to the kitchen and let me play with all of your wonderfull magnets.  I will remember all the wonderfull presents you gave me when I came to visit with you and Papa.  I am glad to have had your love for the short time we had on this earth together.  You are now an Angel in heaven watching over me as I grow. I will include you every night in my prayers before I go to sleep and ask Jesus to hold your hand now.  I love you Mama now and forever.

 Carol, I Love you.I will miss you as mom, as grandma and great -grandma and you are the best at all of them. But most of all for just listing and never judging even at are worst. You never failed to pick me up when dad was over the road so that I was never left out of anything ! Every year you ran your work picnic your car would be full with all the food, o' ya it also had 3 or 4 of your grandbabies  in it every year till they stopped having them. I could go on and on about are wonderful childhood you made possible!!! Dad I Love YOU stay strong, remember she's a angel and the angel she named is with her watching over us.
