Cherished sister of twin brother Ronnie (Rosie) Lowe, Kathy (Nathan) Childers, Maria (Dale) Lowe and Amy Lowe. Beloved daughter-in-law of Art and Ginger Arnold. Loving sister-in-law, aunt, niece, cousin and friend to many. Connie worked for the Dierberg’s grocery stores for over eight years.
