Stanley "Stan" Wayne Williams, born May 6, 1931, died November 20, 2020; beloved husband of Catherine Williams (nee Porter); dear father of Lisa Kuehnlein; dearest grandfather of Brittany; dearest friend of many.
He was in the Army from 1951-1953 and served in the Korean War from 1951-1952. He had a passion for photography and won many contests with his pictures. Another one of his favorite hobbies was model building. Over the years he built numerous airplanes, race cars and motorcycles.
Visitation to be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:30 p.m. at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO 63125. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery.
St. Louis County has issued a public health order that requires all individuals to wear a face mask when inside businesses and other public accommodations, and outside when social distancing is not possible. Our funeral home and cemetery will be in full compliance with this mandate - please come prepared when attending visitations and services. Also, no food or drink, other than bottled water is allowed in the funeral home.
