Irwin Madoff

MADOFF, Irwin “Sonny”- of Lynnfield, formerly of Marblehead, entered into rest on February 23, 2017 at the age of 84. Sonny was born in Cambridge to the late Jacob and Ida (Schwartz) Madoff. He was a highly accomplished and respected sales representative for various women’s sportswear and apparel prior to retiring in 2010. Beloved husband of Millie (Naseck-Blaustein) Madoff and the late Barbara (Warshofsky) Madoff. Devoted father of Sheryl and her husband Daniel Terrio of Coco, FL, Alan and his wife Wendy Madoff of Wyckoff, NJ, and Evan and his wife Shannon Madoff of Salem. Loving brother of Harvey and his wife Lois Madoff of Boynton Beach, FL. Cherished grandfather of Jenna Terrio, Danielle Madoff, Amanda Madoff, Brooklyn Dugas-Madoff, Andy Blaustein, Jenni Walkup, and Becca Blaustein. Sonny is also survived by many dear nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington St., CANTON, MA 02021 on Sunday, February 26, 2017 at 12:00PM. Interment will be held at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham St., Sharon, MA. Shiva will be observed on Sunday immediately following the interment until 8PM at the home of Evan and Shannon Madoff. Shiva will conclude on Monday at his late residence from 1-8PM (Minyan at 6PM).
