He was born April 28, 1955, in Chelsea Ma. Jeff graduated from Peabody Veterans Memorial Highschool in 1973. His parents Selma and Saul Lerner predeceased him. He is survived by his brother Mark Lerner, his sister-in-law Jeannie Lerner, his nephew Scott Lerner and his wife Kristy and his niece Jacquelyn Puccio and her husband Sam. His great nephews, Max, Dante and Nolan and his great niece Sloane.
He was very close with his cousins Tom Faitel, Michael Lerner, and Rick Lerner and was predeceased by his cousins Joe Faitel and Heidi Lerner Lauhon.
He was very close with his friends and the staff at Care- One Peabody, where he resided.
He loved the Sox, the Celtics, the Patriots and the Bruins. He loved playing sports and riding motorcycles and family parties.
