

Judith F. Ogan, 86, passed away on Monday, February 9, 2015 at her home in Swampscott. Judy, as she was known to her friends, was born in Boston, graduated from Brookline High School and attended McGill University and the University of Bridgeport.
Judy was a Life Master bridge player, an avid golfer and active member of Kernwood Country Club, and a Lion of Judah of the Women’s Division of the Jewish Federation of the North Shore.
She was brave, courageous, caring and generous. Judy was a classy lady who had a keen sense of style.
She was the beloved wife of Gerald S. Ogan (of blessed memory) of Swampscott, MA and Delray Beach, FL to whom she was married for sixty years; Devoted mother of Leslie Goldberg and her husband Michael of Marblehead, MA, Robert Ogan and his wife Leslie of Swampscott, and Gary Ogan (of blessed memory) and his wife Susan of Marblehead. Cherished grandmother of Pamela Goldberg, Gregory and Phoebe Ogan, Zachary Goldberg, Jonathan Ogan (of blessed memory), Rachel Ogan, Michael and Emily Ogan and Terri Ogan and great grandmother of Rocky Gray Ogan. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 11:30 AM at Temple Shirat Hayam, 55 Atlantic Avenue, Swampscott followed by a reception at Kernwood Country Club, 1 Kernwood Street, Salem, MA. until 7:30 PM to which family and friends are invited.
