Rose Finer

PEABODY- Mrs. Rose (Levosky) Finer, age 94 years, of Danvers, formerly of Newton Centre, entered into rest Sunday evening May 10, 2015 at the Rosewood Nursing Home in Peabody. She was the beloved wife of the late Lawrence Finer. Born in Boston, dear daughter of the late Meyer and Rebecca (Loiterstein) Levosky.

Surviving her are two devoted sons, William Finer and his wife Judy of Peabody and Steven Finer and his wife Sylvie of Killington, VT; five cherished grandchildren, Tammy Weiss and her husband Ben of Peabody, Suzanne Finer of Peabody, Marc A. Finer and his wife Lauren of CO (formerly of Peabody), Dustin Finer of Montreal, Canada (formerly of Killington, VT) and Brielle Finer of Killington, VT; her daughter-in-law, Rebecca Finer of Hawaii and her niece and nephew, Michael Levosky and Carolyn Levosky. Rose was also the mother of the late Martin J. Finer and sister of the late Celia Levosky, Ida Levosky and Morris Levosky.

Her Funeral Service was held on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at the Stanetksy-Hymanson Memorial Chapel in Salem. Interment was in the Lawrence Avenue, Cemetery, West Roxbury. Memorial observance following the interment on Tuesday until 9 PM and on Wednesday and Thursday 1-4 & 7-9 PM and on Friday and Sunday 1-4 PM at the home of William Finer.
