SCHAEFER, Stephanie – of Houston, TX, entered into rest on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at the age of 57. Dear daughter of the late Margery and Monroe Schaefer. Loving sister of Stuart, and the late Russell. Beloved aunt of Maxwell and Thaddeus.
Stephanie grew up in Beverly, MA and Wayne, NJ, and graduated from University of Houston Hilton College of Hotels and Restaurant Management. She had been employed for the last 13 years at Alonti Catering.
She loved spending time with her friends, exploring restaurants and enjoying great food. Stephanie cherished her time spent with friends and family.
Services for Stephanie will be held privately at this time. A Celebration of her Life will be held Sunday, September 22nd.
