Arthur was born in Roseburg, Oregon to Art and Monica (Siebert) Walker. Arthur graduated from South Salem High School in 1996. He attended Portland State University for two years before moving back to Salem.
Shortly after that he met the love of his life, Rebekah Hawkins. They were married on May 14, 2001.
Arthur worked for Verizon Wireless for many years, most recently as an operations specialist in Laguna Beach, CA. Arthur and Rebekah lived in Orange, CA.He and Rebekah enjoyed camping, social activities with many friends and international trips to exotic destinations.
While vacationing in Bora Bora, French Polynesia, Arthur passed away at the young age of 38 years.
Arthur is survived by his loving wife Rebekah Walker, parents Monica and Art, sister Denise Walker Poisal, and brother Jeffrey Walker.
A Private Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, Nov. 8. Arrangements are by Howell, Edwards, Doerksen Funeral Home.
