Butler Franklin Stephens, age 84, of Woodburn, Oregon passed away on Friday, January 14, 2022. Butler was born February 21, 1937.
A committal service for Butler will be held Tuesday, February 1, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Willamette National Cemetery, 11800 SE Mt Scott Blvd, Portland, OR 97086.
