Darrell A. Patterson passed away Monday evening surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Topeka, Kansas in 1929. He received his Bachelor’s Degree at Kansas State University. Darrell led a full life serving his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, working as an aerospace engineer at Boeing and finally as business manager at Corban University (formally Western Baptist College). He spent many years dedicated to serving his Lord and Savior through this church and Corban. He is survived by his wife Marilyn of 61 years, sons Michael and David Patterson, daughter Alleyne Holtmeier, eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and two brothers.
