Denise Ann (Terry) McCollam, age 63, of Lebanon, Oregon passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. She was born in Fresno, California on October 24, 1959, later she moved to Salem, Oregon where she spent most of her life. She spent the last days of her life living with her daughter Courtney McCollam, in Lebanon, Oregon.
Denise was a devoted mother and grandmother, she worked as a caregiver for Fairview, Dress for Success, and anyone she could help. She had a passion for helping others, especially her children, grandchildren, family, and any stray she could find.
Denise is survived by her children; Courtney McCollam, Cory McCollam, Heather Howell, Jacob Whitt, Brittney Cooley, Chet Vance, and Cody McCollam; her grandchildren Addem McCollam, Toby McCollam, Ash McCollam, Jr. McCollam, Jaylan McCollam, Riley McCollam, Rylie Howell, Maverick Creasy, Zoe Westbrook, Jayden Cooley, and Brooklyn Cooley.
