Kaliana Maka Mae Fallau was granted her angel wings on her 3rd Birthday April 10th 2012. Her final day was spent surroundedby family and friends that Kali had touched in some small way throughout her short, yet very memorable and full life.
Kali's life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. Her amazing smile, cheerful giggles, and adorable noises brought so much joy to her family and friends.
Although she was so tiny and frail, she gave us all such courage and hope and reminded us of the preciousness of life. She was given the opportunity to enjoy many activities at Camp Attitude in the summer of 2011 that she otherwise would never have been able to experience. She could spend hours rocking in her favorite chair while playing with her toys she loved. She enjoyed music, lights, bright colors, and to cuddle.
Kali is survived by her loving parents, Jason and Stacie Fallau of Salem, Oregon; her sister Hali'a; and her brothers Dylan and Logan.
Kali's Celebration of Life will be held where she attended church at Kingwood Bible Church in Salem, Oregon on Saturday, April 14th at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: “Kali Fund” at any US Bank. Arrangements by Howell-Edwards-Doerksen Funeral Home; online condolences at www.HED-FH.com.
