Paul Michael Grant

Paul Michael Grant was born on March 11, 1960, the fourth child of Janet and Peter Grant, in Warsaw, New York. The family moved to Portland, Oregon in 1971 and Paul attended Raleigh Hills Elementary, Whitford Junior High and Beaverton High School. In youth he loved playing football, ski racing and enjoyed his many great friends.

Paul passed very suddenly on January 13, 2026, due to cancer. He survived by his wife Karen Scott Grant, as well as his siblings, Mary (husband Paul Barbour), David (wife Stephanie Hahn Grant), Peter (wife Jana Grant), Ali (husband Ric Williams) and sister Gloria Grant.

Paul went on to become a Electrical Journeyman and Master Inspector. He worked all over the country on major natural gas pipeline upgrades and compressor station installations. His home with wife Karen, for last 30 years, was in Keizer, Oregon

His love for fun included activities in the sun, skiing, and riding his Harley Motorcycles.

Paul’s celebration of life to be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. It will be held at the New Harvest Church, 4290 Portland Road NE, Salem, Oregon.
