Raul was a person of integrity and compassion.  He brought a great deal to the community.  

I played basket ball  at the YMCA back in the 80's  along with raul and his brothers and his friends  I always wanted to play in his team because  i knew we were going to win and have alot of fun too he also gave me some advice on how to get better jobs with the state or oregon and I did  he was a goood friend ...  sorry he is gone but he is for sure with  god  .

I’m so sorry to hear Raul has passed away. 
My, husband, Dave Hemphill, worked with Raul. We have enjoyed knowing Raul and his family.
