Sandra went to our lord and savior. She was born to William and Beatrice Hoskinson in Hibbing Minnesota. The family moved to Salem Oregon in 1957. She later graduated from south Salem High School in 1966. After graduation she attended Phagens Beauty College, where she met husband Mel Kelly. Sandra and Mel were married May 4th 1968. They moved to independence, OR and opened their own beauty salon. Eventually Mel took a position with the Department of Fish and Wildlife, where he managed several hatcheries throughout Oregon. Sandra continued to do hair for many people on the hatcheries. Tracy was born in Springfield, OR in 1970 and son Jeffrey was born in Astoria, OR in 1972. Sandra was proceeded in death by her parents and husband and survived by her children Tracy (Tracy) McIntyre and Jeffrey (Cindy) Kelly. Brother William and Rick (Nina) Hoskinson. Sisters Deon (Dwight) Maddox and Patricia Hoskinson, as well as several grand and great grandchildren. Sandra was a loving, caring wife and homemaker. She will be greatly missed.
