Stanley Eugene Campbell was born in Joplin, Missouri on February 14, 1954 to Harold Robert Campbell and Laura Mae (Olemun) Campbell. He was their second son. After the death of his father in 1966 they, his mother, brother and he moved to Aumsville, Oregon to be near his mother family. He graduated from Cascade Union High School in Turner, Oregon in 1973.
After working in a few different jobs, he went to work for Montgomery Ward. He then went to work for the State of Oregon at Fairview. When Fairview closed, he went to work at the Oregon State Hospital. He was a person that liked to have fun. He cared about his friends. He liked doing things for them. In his free time he liked watching movies or listening to music.
He was preceded in death by his father Harold Robert Campbell in 1966, his brother Harold Craig Campbell in 1973, and his mother Laura Mae Campbell in 2005.
