He was born in San Francisco, California on September 4, 1950. Bill graduated from Sequoia High School and received an Associates Degree from Canada College.
He was married to Pamela Kreigh Ferro on November 9, 1985.
Bill worked in wholesale hardware and woodworking sales. He had a passion for fishing, golf, and sail boats.
Bill is survived by Tom Ferro, Bob Ferro, and Mona Farley, his siblings, and his wife Pamela Ferro.
Bill was preceded in death by Melissa Ann who passed December 23, 2003.
Funeral arrangements will be held at St. Joseph Church in Salem.
