He was born March 15,1980, in SLC, Ut. to Mark and Kay Duke. He is survived by his wife Diana and children Justin, Colton, Khloe, Izzabella, and soon to come Kylee. Siblings Aaron and Heather Duke and their children Bradley, Jordan, Cole, Ava, and Chase; Sean and Andrea Duke with a new baby boy on the way; Rachel and Cory Warnick and their children Sammy and Charlotte; Celeste Duke; Sara and Nick Anderson and their daughter Clara; Jayson Clark Frandsen; Jenifer and Zack Bartlett; Jamie and Chris White, Jessica Frandsen and In laws Tammy Renstrom; Steven and Susan Frandsen. He is also survived by his loving grandparents Larry and Joan Duke; Elaine Renstrom; Clark and Gwen Frandsen.
Kyle loved his family and his church callings. He loved being the Secretary in the Elders Quorum and was thrilled to be called to be a primary teacher which he shared with his best friend and wife Diana. They were married February 9th and were sealed in the Mount Timpanogus Temple on Valentine’s Day. Although his time here with us was short, he lived a full life and brought so much joy and laughter to all those that came in contact with him. Kyle spent the first 14 years of his life in New Zealand and then moved to Boston. With the New Zealand (Bostonian) accent, he had his beloved wife at “Hello”. From the first moment they met they felt a bond and it wasn’t long before they realized they were once again reunited on this earth remembering each other from the pre-existence.
Kyle loved the outdoors and walking everywhere. He preferred the stairs to an elevator every time until March 16th when the elevator doors opened and asked “Going up?... Yes if you please”.
Funeral services will be Friday March 21 at 1:00 PM at the Granger 6th Ward Chapel at 3274 Hillsdale Drive, WVC, Ut. A viewing will be held at 11:00 AM prior to the funeral.
