Bob “Top Unit” Maxwell, 68, passed away January 24, 2016. Bob was born November 2, 1947 to Ellis William and Delores Shiner Maxwell, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Bob was an excellent gardener and maintained a beautiful yard and vegetable garden. He shared his bounteous crop with family and friends. Bob could fix and build anything and was always helping others with repairs. He loved animals and always had a pet dog, currently Parker. He was a kind and gentle man with a dry sense of humor. Bob served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany during the Vietnam conflict.
Bob is survived by his Son Brett and Tiffany Maxwell, granddaughter, Alexa, all of West Valley City; his step children, Shana Harding (Loma Rico, CA), Shane Harding (Roy, Utah); siblings, William (Salt Lake City), Phillip and Sandy (Ogden); Thomas (West Valley City) and Susan Langston (West Jordan). He is preceded in death by his parents and sister Shirley Orgill.
Graveside Service will be 12:00PM, Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah
