Scott was born October 27, 1959 in Logan, Utah to Harold and Carol Petersen. He passed away October 17, 2018 in Murray, Utah.
Scott loved to be outdoors gardening and share his bounty around the neighborhood. He also loved to cook what he grew.
Scott was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother and his sister Paula (David) Rosinski.
