

Amanda graduated from Lake View High School in 2001 and went on to obtain an associates degree in accounting at Howard College. Amanda worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield as a customer representative.
Amanda married Martin Cordova on February 27, 2007 and together they had two beautiful children. Amanda was a proud member of the Redskins family and enjoyed watching her boys do what they love. She was their biggest fan and always the loudest one on the field.
Amanda is survived by her loving husband, Martin Cordova; her sons, Martin A. Cordova, Jr. and Adam A. Cordova; her father, Eleno Cano; her siblings, Ryan Cano, Corrina Cano, Ricky Cano and Martin Cano; her nieces and nephews, Joe Angel Arispe, Jaz'min Cano, Kasady Cano, Martin Eleno Cano, Carla Hernandez, Anna Hernandez, Erika Hernandez, Allyanna Cano, Jeremiah Cano, Zeila Cano, Jaxon Cano, Rose Cano, Mariah Maxwell, Tony Cordova, Melynda Garza, Tevin Cordova, Isaac Cordova, Isabella Cordova, Isaiah Cordova, and Hanna Cordova; as well as many people that were very special to her including, Aahteri Maxwell, Mareesa Valdez, Victoria Hernandez, Benny Hernandez, Mike and Lupe Valenzuela, Patricia Olivas, Larry Estrada and Family, Julia Tamez, Adolfo Hernandez, April Cano as well as many others.
A viewing will be Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at Johnson's Funeral Home. A rosary for Amanda will be held at 6 pm on Thursday, December 22, 2022 in Johnson's Funeral Home Chapel.
