Bruce L Wallace

SAN ANGELO - Bruce Lawrence Wallace, 74, of San Angelo, Texas, was called home to his Heavenly Father Saturday, Jan. 1, 2011. He was born April 4, 1936, in Union County, NC. He was preceded in death by his parents and two daughters, Barbara Marlow and Ellen Marie Rouse. He was a good family man and very strong in his church. Bruce will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Shirley M. Wallace and two children, Russ (and Becky Wallace), of Paint Rock and Sharon Richmond, of Virginia.

He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2011, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on 2815 Christoval Road with Bishop Bliss Bignall. Graveside service will be held at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens at 12:30 p.m. on Tues. Jan. 4th, 2011.

Bruce was ex-airforce and a retired carpenter for the City of San Angelo. Bruce was a husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather and will be truly missed by many.
