David attended Central High School and graduated with the class of 1981. He was self-employed for most of his life. He married Vickie on February 22, 2002.
David loved to fish, hunt and watched John Wayne movies. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and great grandparents.
David was laid to rest next to his parents at Johnson's Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include his wife, Vickie A. Smith.
