Ezekial V Garcia

Ezekial (Zeke) Garcia, beloved husband, father, son and brother, passed away February 15, 2026, at the age of 48. Zeke was born on December 20, 1977, in Lamesa, Texas to SanJuanita V. Garcia and Matilde Garcia. Zeke’s barbecue skills were well known. He opened up his heart and home to great meals and treasured time with family and friends. He loved watching his Dallas Cowboys and has countless memorabilia he proudly displayed. His greatest joy, however, was the love he shared with his cherished wife Christina, and the blessing of their time together.

He is survived by four children, Briana Alvardo (Jordan) of Tahoka, TX, Ashley Garcia of San Angelo, TX, Ezequiel Garcia and Justina Garcia of Pecos, TX, as well as grandchildren Ariana, Izah, Adrian, Alejandro and Ivonny (on the way). He is also survived by siblings, Griselda Garcia, Patsy Garcia, Tammy Barron (Jimmy), Marissa Santillian (Jose), Mark Garcia (Gracie), Ruben Garcia, Esther Garcia, Annabell Garcia (Daniel), Janie Garcia and Eddie Garcia (Erica) all of San Angelo, TX. Lynn Garcia (Virginia), and Noe Garcia (Della) of Lamesa, TX, and Teressa Garcia (Alex Rios) of Ft. Worth, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.

Zeke was preceded in death by his father as well as his brothers Benito Garcia and Abel Garcia.

Pallbearers will be Noe Garcia, Eddie Garcia, Ruben Garcia, Mark Garcia, Ricky Rodriguez, Michael Barron, Carlos Cardona and Mark Gonzales.

There will be a viewing on Sunday, February 22, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Johnson’s Funeral Home, 435 W. Beauregard, San Angelo, TX. Services will be held at Johnson’s Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 2 p.m., followed by committal service at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens, 4989 FM Highway 1223, San Angelo, TX.
