Glen E Wood

Glen E. Wood, 86, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 in San Angelo. He was born to the late, Glen Edwin, Sr. and Jewell Hayden Wood on January 17, 1930 in Okemah, Oklahoma. Glen was of the Baptist faith and was a man of many loves, including his family, guns, birds and laughter. He was known for his independent streak and ability to build anything. He will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him. Glen is preceded in death by his parents; three wives, Jane Wood, Evelyn Joan Wood, and Gloria Wood; sons, Rick Wood and Terry Wood; and sister, Helen Jean Tarr.

Survivors include his children, Linda Mika and Lynn Wood and his wife, Brenda; step son, Danny Thacker; grandchildren, Delina, Trina, Karrie Lynn, Bo, Amber, Christopher, Brian, Kristi, David, Robert, and Candy; numerous great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
