Jason Louis Gutierrez

Jason went to Central High School and graduated in the class of '96. He later went on to study drafting & architectural design at Howard College. Jason then began his career in management, working for Wal-Mart in '96 as an overnight stocker. He had a passion for his daughters, fishing, and music. Jason enjoyed going to the lake, spending time with close family, watching movies, and taking his girls to Whataburger every chance he got. Jason will always be remembered for his dad jokes, dark humor, and amazing cooking.

Jason was preceded in passing by both sets of grandparents; big brother, Michael Shane; and momma, Cynthia Jo.

Left to cherish Jason's memory are his father, George and "Aunt Momma" Shannon; sisters, Lisa and husband David, Angela and husband Eric, Kassie and husband Josh; brother, Jesse and wife Pati; children, Jenny, Joe Angel, Alexis, Cambria, and Neriah. Jason also leaves behind 8 grandchildren; his first babies, Emilee, Damian & Will, Baby Jesse, Faith & Trin, Khyleigh & Stetson; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation for Jason will be held from 6-8 PM on Friday October 31, 2025 at Johnson's Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Saturday November 1, 2025 at Johnson's Funeral Home Chapel. Jason will be laid to rest next to his Momma at Belvedere Memorial Park.
