Jerry Anthony Bass, 60, died Wednesday, June 13, 2012 in a local hospital. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Johnson Street Church of Christ. Arrangements are by Johnson’s Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife Teddi Bass.
