Karla Jenean Kleypas Adams

Karla Jenean Kleypas Adams left this world peacefully on January 29th, 2011 at home. Karla was born October 16, 1958 to Doris and Guido Kleypas Jr. She attended San Angelo schools and graduated from Lake View High School in 1977. Karla will be remembered by many for her outgoing personality and love for others. She loved golfing with family members and friends and loved her precious canine companions Bogey and Foxy.

Karla was preceded in death by her father Guido John Kleypas Jr. and her brother Guido John Kleypas III. Karla is survived by her husband Mike Adams and parents Doris and Lee Roy Motl. Survivors also include sons Derek Higgins and his wife Jamie, Nick Adams and Kris Adams all of San Angelo, Texas. Also other survivors include daughter Heather Rain and husband Uriah of Ft. Meade, Maryland. There are also four grandchildren,Hayden and Hadalee Higgins of San Angelo, Texas and Bryston and Bazleah Higgins of Omaha, Nebraska. Surviving siblings include sisters Debbie Tomerlin and husband Toot, Susan Knight and brothers Craig Kleypas and wife Debbie and Les Motl all of San Angelo, Texas and a dear friend Kevin Allen. Karla was loved dearly by numerous nieces and nephews and a generation of great nieces and nephews. She leaves behind many extended family members and life long friends.

Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at Johnson's Funeral Home with Brad Winchester of Grape Creek Baptist Church officiating.
