Lottie Sexton Myers

Lottie Sexton Myers, 85, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Thursday, April 6, 2017 in San Angelo. Lottie was born to the late Mr. and Mrs. Clem Holstein on March 26, 1932 in Menard, Texas. She was married to Cotton Sexton, who preceded her in death in May of 1977. Lottie worked for Dr. Robert Rowland for more than 20 years and was a Shannon auxiliary volunteer for many years. She was a member of Belmore Baptist Church for more than 50 years. Lottie will be missed greatly.

Survivors include her husband, Frank Myers; two daughters, Dorothy Davis and her husband, Robert of Kingsland, and Linda Brown and her husband, Bill of San Angelo; step children, Doug Myers and his wife, Florence of North Carolina, David Myers and his wife, Kim of Oklahoma, Pam Wilkinson and her husband, Lee of Florida, and Don Myers and his wife, Iris of Georgetown; 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

A time of visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00 PM on Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Johnson's Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, April 10, 2017 at Belmore Baptist Church with Dr. Toby T. Irwin officiating. Interment will follow in the Johnson's Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens with Cloyd Burson, Ronny Neighbors, Loyd Moore, Lawrence Wright, Jack Matthews, Gregg Buchanan, Tristen Adams and Treyan Adams serving as pallbearers. The family wishes to extend special thanks to the staff on 6 North at Shannon Hospital as well as special appreciation to the "sitters", Anna Gonzales and Sylvia Pinto.
