Maxine Terrell

Maxine Terrell, 88, passed away Thursday evening, April 4, 2013. A Memorial service celebrating her life will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 8, 2013 at Southland Baptist Church with Pastor Taylor Sandlin officiating. There will be a 10:00 a.m. graveside service at Fletcher Cemetery in Fletcher, Oklahoma on Tuesday, April 9, 2013. Arrangements are by Johnson’s Funeral Home of San Angelo and Becker-Rabon Funeral Home of Fletcher, Oklahoma.

Maxine was born in Fletcher, Oklahoma on June 9, 1924. She moved to Ballinger, Texas in 1933 where she attended public schools and graduated from Ballinger High School in 1942. She became a resident of San Angelo in 1946 and remained there until her death.

Maxine was preceded in death by her parents, William and Ada Terrell, and brothers Foy Farmer and Charles Terrell. She is survived by her brother Rommie Terrell and wife Genie of Fort Worth; niece Susan Terrell-Boston and husband Vint of Fort Worth; niece Mary Acree and husband Leroy of Oklahoma City; and Dearest Friends Lew and wife Diane Burnett of San Angelo.
