He was born August 12,1941 in Rowena, TX to Thomas and Eileen Halfmann. He married Rosalva Garcia on July 19,1996 at St. Peters Catholic Church in Mertzon, TX.
Pat was a long-time member of St. Peters Catholic Church.
He began working from a young age, and made his way around the oilfield, his job always required manual labor, to which he would happily oblige.
Pat will always be remembered for his work ethic and his dedication to what was right.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Eileen, and one sister, Virginia “Ginger” Halfmann-Rich.
He is survived by children Julissa Halfmann and husband Jeremy Rivera of Barnhart. Patrick Halfmann Jr. and wife Abigail Flook of Barnhart; Thomas Halfmann of San Angelo; Travis Halfmann and wife Vickey of Lipan; Hector Garcia and wife Bianca Garcia of Acuna, Mexico, as well as his 12 grandchildren and 2 great grand children.
He adored his family and had a special place in his heart for his children and grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, the Halfmann family asks that you donate to Hospice of San Angelo. They would also like to thank Hospice for the great care they took of Patrick the last few weeks of his life.
The rosary will be held December 27, 2020 at 6:00 pm, located at Johnson’s Funeral Home in San Angelo, TX. Mass will be December 28, 2020 at 2:00pm, located at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Mertzon, TX. The burial will follow at the Barnhart, TX cemetery.
The Pallbearers will include: Patrick Halfmann JR, Thomas Halfmann, Travis Halfmann, Hector Garcia, Jeremy Rivera, and James Guadarrama.
