Paula Renee Sanchez, 47, of San Angelo, passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. She was born on March 15, 1974 in Roswell, New Mexico to Pablo Nunez and Rosella Arambula-Blanco. Some of Paula’s hobbies included writing poetry, binge watching her favorite shows, reading books, listening to music, taking care of her niece Raeanne, driving and traveling, coaching all sports and umpire and referring games. She will always be remembered for her love of Pinterest, Adidas, Mickey Mouse, hats, jewelry, watches, shoes, USA Soccer, basketball, New York Yankee baseball, Texas Tech, Planes and of course hearts. Paula was preceded in death by her grandmother Epifania Blanco-Arambula, her grandfather Luis Cortez-Arambula, her aunt Alicia Arambula, her sister-in-law Monica Salazar and her father-in-law Juan Sanchez. Those left to cherish her memory are her mother Rosella Arambula-Blanco, father Pablo Nunez, step mother Sheila Nunez, brother Saul Nunez, brother Erik Nunez, daughter Sarah Rose Carrillo, son Adrian Paul Sanchez, Jr., nieces Olivia Nunez and Raeanne Nunez, uncles Arturo Arambula, David Arambula and Stephen Arambula and aunts Viola Candelaria and Gina Arambula. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Friday, September 3, 2021 in the chapel of Johnson’s Funeral Home. A celebration of Paula’s life will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 4, 2021 in the chapel of Johnson’s Funeral Home.
