Rowena was born in San Saba, TX March 6, 1917 to Mr. and Mrs. Will McAnelly.
A Wake service will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Sunday February 16, 2014 at Johnson’s Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, February 17, 2014 at Wesley United Methodist Church with burial to follow at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.
Rowena was preceded in death by her father Will McAnelly, mother Viola McAnelly, husband Jesse Filmore and brother J.B. McAnelly.
Rowena is survived by her son Jesse Filmore Jr. of San Angelo, TX, one sister, Lillie Mae Kinmon of Dallas, TX. one brother Claude McAnelly, of San Angelo, TX., and a host of nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
