Adolfo was a man who deeply cherished the simple joys of life. After retiring, he found comfort in sitting on his porch, listening to music, and enjoying the quiet days. Whether he was barbecuing for family, cooling off in his homemade pool, or cheering on his favorite teams during sporting events, Adolfo’s home was always filled with laughter, food, and love.
In his younger days, Adolfo made lasting memories camping along the Guadalupe River and casting his line into the waters of Braunig Lake. He had a love for playing pool and a deep appreciation for nature and family traditions. His laid-back spirit and kind heart left a lasting impression on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Adolfo is preceded in death by his grandparents, Francisca and Teodoro Hernandez, and his beloved aunts, Janie Hernandez, Maria Hernandez, and Dolores Ibarra.
He is survived by his daughter, Melinda Hernandez; his son, Matthew Zane Hernandez; his cousin, who was like a sister, Patricia Ibarra; his cousins, Mando Hernandez, Adan, Elvia, and Rosie; his dear friend, Tony Rusado; and his loving neighbor, Cindy Plank.
Adolfo’s presence, humor, and unwavering love for his family will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
