He was a charter member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church where he remained active throughout his life.
Bill was a veteran of WWII having served in the U.S. Navy in the Pacific Theater.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Sandi. Bill was married for 58 years to his wife Rosemond Gomes Thomae.
In addition to Rosemond he is survived by his daughters, Christina Henderson and Elizabeth Avila.
Bill's happiest times were with his family, and above that was time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
