Alexander M. Hernandez went to be with the Lord on June 16, 2019, at the age of 83.

He was preceded in death by his daughter: Barbara Lopez; and grandchildren: Jeremy Barragan and Sapphire Gallego.

Alex is survived by his loving wife of 63 years: Anita Hernandez; daughters: Alma Lopez, Dinathe Ettner and Cynthia Hernandez; 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchildren. Alex is also survived by his siblings; Olivia Gonzales, Sylvia Sernil, Alice Mares and Sam Hernandez, as well as numerous extend relatives and friends.

The Inurnment will be held on July 11, 2019, at 10:15 a.m. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Road, San Antonio, Texas.
