Dear Guerrero Family, Please accept my deepest sympathies on the loss of your beloved. There are never any right words to express how deeply sad I am for the pain your family is enduring at this difficult time. As Chair of the Senate Committee on Veteran Affairs and Military Installations, I am sincerely thankful for his valiant service in defense of our rights and freedom. His commitment to family, friends, our community, and to serving our great nation leaves a wonderful legacy. I want to express heavy heart that I could not attend and offer my sincere condolences to the family.Al was a complete gentleman, great brother, father and grandfather and of course cousin.I can't say enough how much I respected him.He always made me feel welcome and comfortable. He will always be in my heart.

I was saddened to hear of Al Jr.'s passing. Though it's been many years, I remember Al Jr. and the whole Guerrero family fondly, especially the hospitality they offered our family when we arrived in San Antonio in the middle of the night, which we always somehow seemed to do.

The family of Crystal White Cleaners is mourning the loss of a fellow businessman in the community. We counted Al and his cleaners as family. We will truly miss him and have missed him while he was battling his illness. Know that we are including the Guerrero family in our prayers.
