Alfredo T. Garcia

Alfredo T. "Fred" Garcia, age 77, passed away on Monday, November 10, 2014. He was born in San Antonio to parents, Julio Garcia and Concepcion Trevino. Fred served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War and worked in Civil Service for 31 years.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Leticia Garcia; son, Alfredo Garcia, Jr. and his children, Joseph, Jonathan and Michael; daughter, Monica Talamantez and husband, Louis and their children, Anthony, Daniel and Erica; daughter, Veronica Garcia-Santos and husband, Gilbert and their children, Stephen and Victoria; son, Saul Garcia and wife, Diane and their children, Matthew, Nicholas and Emily; brother, Enrique Garcia; sister, Velia Macias and husband, Richard; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church.
