I will never forget the day when you came and picked me up and I believe Joshua my son was about 12 months old. It was so windy that day and we were trying to get Joshua into your car and then all of a sudden the wind just went crazy and I’m still not sure how this happened but I had my money loosely in my purse and it dropped to the ground and I had several $100 bills and $20 bills $10 bills and one dollar bills and they started blowing all over the parking area and you Diane started chasing all of my money to keep it from going out to the main street where all the cars were just rushing by.. at the time it really was serious because all my money was being blown away. And I was so focused with Joshua because at that time Joshua was able to walk and run. You were doing all the hard labor running around the parking lot stomping your feet trying to catch my money. He definitely had a major work out that afternoon. We had so many fun memories but this is the one that came to my mind first. I love you aunt Diane I miss you. Sometimes it seems like life just isn’t fair but we have to have faith and know that there is a bigger picture and we have to believe in God‘s plans he called you home too early but only God knows that reason. Maybe later it will be revealed to some of his family members and friends, i’m just really gonna miss you and I’m so glad that we had our four hour marathon conversation over the phone I keep thinking it was a few years ago but now when I look back it was actually in 2015. I still remember very vividly the day you and Diane got married in your backyard, marching "down the isle". (I was extremely nervous as I was getting married 2 months later. Lol) Your 21 year marriage is a HUGE milestone and a loving example for everyone. I pray your heartache is lessened with every passing day until one day, the only thing you can do when you think of Diane is smile. Please remember you are not alone. Lean on your family. So sorry and saddened to hear of this loss. Diane was kind and funny, and although I haven’t seen her in many years, she has a place in so many of my good childhood memories. My condolences to you Mike and Alex. I know Mom is thinking of you too. All our love and hope to you.

Mike, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your wife. May she rest in peace. My deepest condolences.

I am saddened beyond what words can express at the loss of my loving wife.  I miss so her wit, strength, smile, and love.  I am saddened when I see photos of yesteryear that remind how much of her life was stolen by the cancer that grew inside her.  She fought the good fight to the end.  I look forward to celebrating her life and memory.  There is a hole in my heart that will forever be empty.  For her, I am thankful there is peace; for those still here, I am thankful of all the wonderful memories of the life that was Diane.  I love you Diane until we meet again.

Goodbye to my sweet sister, my best friend.  I can only imagine the beauty of Heaven- seeing your beautiful smile, laughter, food (the feast we talked about) dad, mom, Sue, Tracie, and all of our loved ones who have passed on.  I  love you Diane.
