'I have been blessed to know Alice through her daughter Barbara. I met Barbara when she first moved to Texas, and she did inherit her mothers warmth, kindness, and her beautiful smile, and it all be carried on for generations to come through Barbara's beautiful family. I also was blessed with receiving one of Alice's painting which I will always cherish.'

'I have many memories as a child growing up of the many visits we made to Pa. when you all lived there. We would pile in the back of the truck which as kids seemed like a very long ride. I would be so excited cause I was going to spend time with my cousin. Your visits to The Farm as I so looked forward to the summers as I would be spending time with my cousins and Aunt and uncle. I can remember the time Aunt Alice and Uncle Robby came to my farm, she painted a picture of my umbrella tree on my back porch that summer, gave it to me that Christmas. I have treasured that picture. The many memories I treasure the most.'

'Your Mom and I had a special connection as 1st cousins and loved all the times we were able to get together. I hold all those special memories in my heart and will treasure them always. 'To our wonderful family in TX and beyond, our thoughts, prayers and love are with you all. When we think of Alice we automatically smile! She was truly a wonderful person with so much love! Such fond memories we have! We just celebrated our 36th wedding anniversary and remember having Alice, Bob, Brian and Barb there! Brian knew how to cut the rug and fun was had by all!! All the memories in Germania too! We will hang on to these memories and one day be re-united with all our loved ones and start new memories!
