Yzquirerdo de Ortiz. Her last days were filled with love and support as she was joined by her sister Maria and Maria's family, her niece's grandchild was present to make it four generations of family to the youngest at 9 months to wish her well in her next great travels in God's Kingdom.
As a young lady, Alicia entered the Sisters of the Incarnate Word and Blessed Sacrament, after departing from the Sisters she continued her Art work from her youth well into her later years. Her love for oil paints, arts and crafts and cotton thread doilies was shared with her family and friends. Having travelled the world, she settled on being a hair stylist and raised a family as a single mother, survived by her daughter.
Having been diagnosed with terminal cancer several years earlier, she was very grateful for her beloved and devoted Sister Maria del Socorro Ortiz Kypuros and her late husband Ret. Maj. Basilio Kypuros who help Alicia in her battle with terminal cancer and were part of her miracle that helped her extend her life and enjoy her remaining years.
She was very grateful for all the Doctors, healthcare professionals and dedicated social workers that help her live her life of independence as she always wanted.
She will be lovingly missed by her niece and nephews Marie Kypuros Howard, Basilio Anthony Kypuros and Richard R. Kypuros who also took great care of her as she continued to amaze the Doctors in her fight with cancer.
