Alicia Consuelo Vasquez Worley

She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Joseph Edmund Worley, Sr., who was a Pearl Harbor survivor. They were married for 56 years.

Alicia is survived by her son, Joseph Edmund (Victoria) Worley, Jr., a grandson Robert (Jeannette) Worley of San Antonio and a granddaughter Kristin (Daniel) Stevens of Houston. Her great grandchildren; Robert Worley, Jr., Selina Worley-Garcia, Ana Worley, Ava Worley and Maya Stevens. Great-great grandchildren, Josephine Garcia and Anna Garcia. Her siblings Leopoldo Vasquez and Viola Thornhill.

She had a BA from Our Lady of the Lake University, San Antonio, TX and her Masters in Arts from the Texas College of Arts and Industry. She taught school for 20 years. Upon retirement she dedicated her life to join her husband in many adventures.

The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Porter Loring Mortuary North, 2102 N. Loop 1604 E., San Antonio, Texas, with a memorial service to follow at 2:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Immaculate Concepcion Church.
