While her time was short, she fulfilled her mission here on earth passing on peace, and love to everyone who knew her. Amari brought together all sides of her families, bestowing her personal nickname for each grandparent, uncle, and aunt. We will miss her smile and laughter but she will always be kept in our hearts.
Amari is survived by her mother, Savhanna Garcia; father, Shann Rowan, Jr.; sister, Amiyah Syann Rowan; maternal grandparents, Eliza "Nana" Garcia and David "Dad" Garcia; paternal grandparents, Susie "Ya-yee" Burns and husband, Lester "Pao Pao"; paternal grandfather, Shann Rowan, Sr.; numerous aunts, uncles, and extended family.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Thursday, September 16, 2010, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
