

Amber Lyn Gosch, 22, San Antonio, TX died at 4:30 AM on Sunday, March 13, 2011 in Dallas, TX. She was born on March 28, 1988 in San Antonio, TX to the late Mark O. Gosch and Lynanne D. Rannebarger. Surviving are her mother, Lynanne D. Rannebarger, Forth Worth, TX; stepfather, Robert J. Rannebarger, Fort Worth, TX; and sister, Brittnay L. Gosch, Evansville, IN. She is a 2006 graduate of Jasper High School in Jasper, IN. She was not only a member of the band and color guard, but excelled in multiple sports. She was a participant of Key club, German club, and a volunteer of the American Cancer Society. Her young adulthood was spent living in southern Indiana where she attended the University of Southern Indiana, and received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies in 2010. It was here that her vibrant personality and loving nature captured the hearts of the many supportive people in her life. She was a member and philanthropy chair of the Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, Zeta Kappa chapter. She was preceded in death by her fraternal grandparents, Vernon and Madeline Gosch; maternal grandparents, Robert and Narsona Brittain, and her father, Mark O. Gosch. The funeral will be at 3:00 PM, Central time, Friday, March 18, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, TX. Visitation is from 10:00 AM-3:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. A memorial service will be held in Amber’s honor at the University of Southern Indiana at a later date.
