Ambrose Donald Boubel, Sr. was born on July 28, 1932 in Eagle Pass, Texas to Frederick James Boubel, Sr. and Juanita Calderon. He passed away surrounded by his loving family just short of his 90th birthday on Sunday, July 17, 2022. Ambrose attended St. Josephs Academy in Laredo, Texas and graduated from Texas A&I University at Kingsville. He lived a blessed and full life which he shared with his wife of 65 years, Esther Reyna Boubel. Ambrose is also survived by two sons, Ambrose D. Boubel, Jr., his wife Rebecca Laurel Boubel and grandson, Destin Garrett, and Steven Gerard Bouble, his wife Jennifer Haack Boubel and 4 grandchildren, Sydney and husband Chase Vaden, Zachry, Maxwell, and Kirby and 3 great-grandchildren, Charlotte, Cheyenne, and Steven Chase Vaden. Ambrose is also preceded in death by his brother Frederick James Boubel, Jr.
