Paula was such a happy girl. I remember her in elementary school being so funny and outgoing. She still had wisdom beyond her years even at that age, but always with the youthful spark in her eye. She was beautiful inside and out and had a personality others would love to have. She was kind, generous, loving, witty, intelligent and a wonderful person. I know she is going to be greatly missed by everyone who were lucky enough to ever meet her, much less be lucky enough to be a part of her life.

Paula was the nicest girl I ever had the pleasure of knowing. Throughout high school I can not recall a second I saw here with anything less than a smile on her face. I am honored to have known such a person and will continue to remember her always. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family. May God bless.

Paula, I am sorry I was unable to attend your memorial and remembrance service. But since I heard of the accident my heart has turned to you and your family and friends. 
Our hope is to be reunited in the loving presence of our Heavenly Father and His Son. My the comfort of the Holy Spirit embrace your family's aching souls as they grieve your passing. I remember when you were born in Guadalajara. I worked with your dad in his home office with the Navs. I moved back to the States just a few weeks later so I did not know you like I know your parents and brothers. But from an early age I could see that your bubbly, fun-loving personality brought much joy to your home and friends. I am sure that many acutely miss that vibrant spark of life that always was you. I am so glad you had recently seen improvements to your health and that you were able to graduate from high school. 
Many prayers for your healing were offered on your behalf. You were so beautiful you could have been a model. 
The beauty of your life and memory of you, God's gift, are of comfort to the now lonely, longing hearts of your dear family and friends. We who are left do not understand this--not really. Even those with great faith in Christ our Redeemer are left without many answers. All is not clear to us now, but one day we will be changed as surely you have been, Paula. 
We take your sudden passing as a reminder that this earth is not our final home. That we shall pass from death to life, for those whose lives are given to Him. Meanwhile it hurts. And that is to say my tears for your family are only a tiny fraction of the pain I am sure they are at times only barely enduring. We'll do what we can to help your mom and dad through this. It must be unspeakable suffering for your family in these days. They have received an outpouring of self-giving Christian love and support in this. And I know God has used others to help them continue on. We pray, too, for Haley who was with you that night. For God to use this for eternal good in her life. We thank God for every day He gave you here and for the good He did in your life as you submitted to Him. And for giving your parents and brothers you--to light up their life now and always.  I went to MacArthur High School with your daughter and was in her sophmore english class. However, that is not the first time I ever met your daughter. The first time I met your daughter was through Amanda Lane at one of her birthday parties. I have swam with Amanda since I was 8 years old. I believe I was still in elementary when I first met your daughter, therefore, I have known her for quite a while. I am also a best friend of Chase Smith who took your daughter to prom his sophmore year. I just wanted to say that it was a delight to have ever known and met your daughter. She always made me laugh in english class and was always energetic and happy. It is uncomprehendable to me to understand the emotions and hardships that your family is going through at this time, your daughter was an amazing, beautiful and wonderful person, and the world was better becasue she was in it. I know that your daughter is an angel now in heaven looking down upon her family and loved ones because her beauty went far beyoud her external apperance, she was incredibly beautiful on the inside too. My heart sank when one of my students told me of Ana's passing. I had the privilege of teaching Ana at Churchill High School, and she brightened the room every time she walked through the door. Ana Paula was such a beautiful person, in spirit and personality. She was close to our daughter, Stephanie, in age and they often shared conversation via email while Stephanie was away at school. Ana Paula had such a beautiful smile and she seemed to light up any room she walked into. She will be truly missed. To Paul, Peggy, Daniel, Nathan and David, know that your daughter/sister is at peace now in the arms of her loving father. Although I had only a brief opportunity to get to know Ana Paula as a patient, it was obvious to me that she was a happy vibrant person. I'm sure that her brief time with us was a life well lived. She will be missed and I offer my sincere condolences to her loved ones in their time of grief.

We met Paula at David and Jen's wedding last May. Could that gal dance or what! There is a sassy new star in the bright sky of Texas now. Her sweet spirit has blessed us all, even the little we knew her. Working with David, we deeply appreciate the special close friendship he had with his little sister, it makes it possible for him to be the only guy in a shop full of women!

I knew Paula my freshman, her sophmore year at Mac. She so sweet and so outgoing and one of my first friends at Mac. She made me feel so welcome and introduced me to my now best friend. We didn't talk as often as years passed and she went to churchill, but we still talked on occasion and she has always been in my prayers. I still can't believe it and I know you don't want to. But she and all of you are in my prayers. At my church, my family has talked to their sunday school classes and friends and you have a lot of prayers following you. I am so sorry. Paula girl...we had great memories together...homecoming our senior year, english class together, going to dinners and just hanging out. You will be greatly missed and remembered forever. He was just way to anxious to have you in heaven with him. You can meet my dad up there and watch all your friends grow and remember you! I so enjoyed Paula being in my classes at SACS as well the youth group where I volunteered at Wayside. She always wore a smile. I remember serving with Paula on a mission trip to Mexico; she was so welcoming to the neighborhood kids and was always willing to help - whether it was building in the hot sun or doing the not so heralded jobs. An empathetic heart was such a strength of Paula's. I do rejoice that she is home.

We shared the joy of our daughters'births and enjoyed many hours of watching them play as toddlers in Guadalajara. We ,as well as you, have pictures of them together. 
Even though we have lived apart since, we watched as Paula became a beautiful young woman. We, along with Liz and her son, send you our love and heartfelt sympathy. May the God of all comfort, comfort you and your family-dear friends.

Peggy and Paul, I am Michael Keeper's Mom. I wanted to say how deeply sorry I was to hear about Paula. She was such a lovely girl and we truly enjoyed having her in our house. I am so thankful that Michael brought her over here during the Christmas break. It had been some time since I had seen her. She looked terrific. Yesterday I had to get out the pictures of her and Michael when they went to Homecoming together. What great pics those were. She looked absolutely stunning. It naturally brought tears to my eyes.
