

Angela was known for her deep love of music. She was often found listening to her favorite songs, attending concerts, and sharing new music discoveries with friends and family. Her home was always filled with melodies, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all who visited. Music was more than a pastime for Angela; it was a source of joy and connection.
Family was central to Angela's life. She cherished spending time with her loved ones, whether it was a casual family dinner or a festive holiday gathering. Her home was the heart of many family celebrations, filled with laughter, love, and music. Angela was a beloved wife, daughter, sister and aunt. Her nieces and nephews adored her, and she delighted in spoiling them with love and attention. One of Angela's favorite pastimes was sharing a glass of wine with her mother-in-law, Norma. Their bond was marked by laughter, heartfelt conversations, and a deep mutual respect. These moments of camaraderie were treasured by Angela and highlighted the close-knit nature of their family.
She also had a profound love for animals. Her home was always filled with the warmth and companionship of her pets, who she considered part of the family. Angela had a special gift for connecting with animals, and her gentle spirit was evident in the way they responded to her kindness and care. Her pets brought her immense joy and comfort throughout her life.
Angela faced many challenges in her life, but she always met them with grace and resilience. Her strength and determination were an inspiration to all who knew her. She had a unique ability to find joy in the little things and to bring light to the lives of those around her.
She is survived by her husband, Omar J. Flores; father, Steve Christensen (Karen Scott); mother, Colleen Rader (Randall); brother, Jake Christensen (Kristi); father and mother-in-law, Nicasio and Norma Flores; sisters in law, Norma Gonzales (Edward) and Anel Flores-Casasola (Erika Flores-Casasola); nieces and nephews, Sophia, Nolan, Ella, Alex, Karina, Jessica, and Klarissa. She is also remembered by many dear friends who were touched by her kindness and generosity.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 12, 2024, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
